Open the valve and the foam draws air in automatically — add a few breaths for a firmer surface. Provides a cushioned supportive barrier between your body and hard or uneven ground, with light ground insulation suited to mild and warm camping conditions. Nylon outer with a textured breathable sleeping surface. Weighs 540g and packs to 16 × 27cm in its included storage bag. Not recommended for use at 0°C or below — best suited to spring, summer and autumn camping.
